Index Of/ Private I Cannot Find The Florida Law That Allows A Private Citizen To Make An Citizens Arrest. Help?

I cannot find the Florida law that allows a private citizen to make an Citizens Arrest. Help? - index of/ private

I looked at the website of Florida
http://www.leg.state.fl.us/Statutes/inde ...

I do not think the current law. I have something implemented by a private individual can buy an arrest under the direction of peace to another officer. After the citizens have the same rights as the officer who attends.

But I was told by the county and state LEO is not after a few phone calls a private person may, in his office as a LEO, you make an arrest without prior approval if the citizen witnesses a person committing a serious crime. Then the person must be able to contain the appropriate code of conduct on the arrest in FL code.

I think in this part of the code. Can anyone help? Even if I meet someone and have an arrest warrant against him issued and validated a private citizen, can be placed under arrest, dass

Please can I serious answers to this question. Thank you.

Nothing you can do, unless prohibited by law.

Gvmt can do things that the Act provides that they can.

There is no law that says that you can not bring to an arrest, you are free to do so.

Remember that you are not against the law itself.
