Cycling How Good Is Cycling When Trying To Get In Shape?

How good is cycling when trying to get in shape? - cycling

Recently I've started cycling to try to get into shape. I was cycling around 30 mph for 40 minutes. How is it beneficial for me and helps me to get fit and stay fit?
Thank you for your help

40 minutes continuous exercise is good anyway.

On the bike at that speed ...

Have probably been burned in the region 7-900 calories, assuming you have about 140 pounds

He gave his leg and back muscles a good workout, without major impact on the joints.

With a view to, if not already the case, it is worthwhile or cages foot rests for your bike, because without them actually engage when you press the pedal. Clips and therefore you pedal the exercise with different muscle groups.

The only negative aspect of cycling is that, despite burns fat everywhere, not long ago the upper body strength.

However, keep it up!
